The Missing Part (2016)

The obsession for restoration. Finding the whole within damaged pieces, the meaning and functionality of the discovered artifacts. After discovering the treasure, understanding the context and its significance become historians' main concern. Part and whole relate to each other, helping the archaeologist to reconstruct the unity of the object. But there is always something missing from the puzzle. The remaining empty space is to be completed by the observer's imagination. Around the missing piece, alternative stories are to be found.
